Chef Marcus is at the helm of the kitchen at Ad Vinum – ensuring that the restaurant ranks amongst Sölden’s culinary highlights. Many of our guests therefore combine their stay with us with an evening of pure indulgence: creative dishes made from regional ingredients from the Ötztal valley, accompanied by selected wines from a cellar housing over 8,000 bottles. Whether as part of half-board or as a standalone gourmet experience – an evening at Ad Vinum will be the culinary highlight of your holiday in Sölden.

Your day begins exactly where you like it best: right outside your apartment door. The night before, choose your favourite items for your personalised breakfast trolley – from crispy pastries and regional Ötztal specialities to freshly squeezed juice. No breakfast room, no hustle and bustle, no set time: you decide when and how you start your day, in complete privacy and exactly to your own taste.

To ensure the culinary highlight of your holiday, we work in partnership with the Ad Vinum restaurant – awarded a Michelin star, 2 Gault&Millau toques (14 points) and 2 Falstaff forks (87 points). Based on regional ingredients, seasonal produce and quality, the restaurant creates dishes from the Ötztal valley, accompanied by an impressive wine list featuring over 8,000 matured bottles from Austria and around the world.

Every dish tells the story of the Ötztal valley: Whatever the region’s farmers, hunters and producers happen to be supplying finds its way onto your plate – sometimes hearty and Alpine-style, sometimes interpreted with surprising finesse. The team at Ad Vinum will advise you on choosing the perfect wine from one of Tyrol’s most impressive cellars. Whether as part of your half-board package or as a standalone gourmet experience featuring 4 to 6 courses: an evening at Ad Vinum is more than just dining out – it’s the perfect way to round off a day in Sölden.

Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is available free of charge in all apartments and public areas – perfect for sharing your favourite moments in Sölden.

Each apartment has its own ski storage room with a drying function. This means your kit will be ready the next morning before you head back out onto the slopes or trails.

Yes, there’s a car park available for all guests right next to Twentyone Living – but you’re welcome to leave your car there for the duration of your holiday, as the slopes, town centre and restaurants are all within walking distance.

Your four-legged friend is very welcome here. Please let us know in advance so that we can make all the necessary arrangements for both of you. There is a surcharge of €25 per dog per night.

You’re just 400 metres from the Giggijochbahn – a short walk takes you straight into the heart of the slopes.

Breakfast is already included in our studios and Cosy Nests – your personal breakfast trolley will be waiting right outside your door every morning. For the Friends, Family & Friends and Friends & More apartments, you can book the breakfast trolley as an extra for an additional charge.

Yes, the wellness area – featuring an organic Swiss stone pine sauna, a Finnish sauna, an infrared seating area with a Kneipp function, a wellness shower and a relaxation area – is available to all guests free of charge.

One thing’s for sure: with our Family & Friends, Cosy Nest and the spacious Friends & More flats, we offer the perfect accommodation for families and groups of all sizes.

You may cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. Between 29 and 7 days before arrival, we charge 70 per cent of the total price; from 6 days before arrival and in the event of a no-show, we charge 90 per cent. To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of 30 per cent, payable by bank transfer.

The 30% deposit is to be paid by bank transfer. You can pay the remaining balance on arrival using Visa, Mastercard, a debit card or cash.
