How to find us

Take the Inntal motorway (A12) to the Ötztal exit, then continue along the Ötztal road (B186) for around 40 minutes into the valley until you reach Sölden. Twentyone Living is centrally located on Dorfstraße – a private car park is available for your use, after which you won’t need your car for the rest of your stay.

The nearest railway station is Ötztal Bahnhof, at the entrance to the Ötztal valley. From there, the regular bus service takes you straight on to Sölden – conveniently and without needing your own car.

The nearest airports are Innsbruck (approx. 85 km), Memmingen (approx. 200 km) and Munich (approx. 240 km). From there, you can travel on to Sölden in the Ötztal valley by hire car, shuttle or public transport.

Once you’ve parked your car, you can leave it there: the Giggijochbahn, the town centre, restaurants and bars are all within easy walking distance of Twentyone Living.

Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is available free of charge in all apartments and public areas – perfect for sharing your favourite moments in Sölden.

Each apartment has its own ski storage room with a drying function. This means your kit will be ready the next morning before you head back out onto the slopes or trails.

Yes, there’s a car park available for all guests right next to Twentyone Living – but you’re welcome to leave your car there for the duration of your holiday, as the slopes, town centre and restaurants are all within walking distance.

Your four-legged friend is very welcome here. Please let us know in advance so that we can make all the necessary arrangements for both of you. There is a surcharge of €25 per dog per night.

You’re just 400 metres from the Giggijochbahn – a short walk takes you straight into the heart of the slopes.

Breakfast is already included in our studios and Cosy Nests – your personal breakfast trolley will be waiting right outside your door every morning. For the Friends, Family & Friends and Friends & More apartments, you can book the breakfast trolley as an extra for an additional charge.

Yes, the wellness area – featuring an organic Swiss stone pine sauna, a Finnish sauna, an infrared seating area with a Kneipp function, a wellness shower and a relaxation area – is available to all guests free of charge.

One thing’s for sure: with our Family & Friends, Cosy Nest and the spacious Friends & More flats, we offer the perfect accommodation for families and groups of all sizes.

You may cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. Between 29 and 7 days before arrival, we charge 70 per cent of the total price; from 6 days before arrival and in the event of a no-show, we charge 90 per cent. To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of 30 per cent, payable by bank transfer.

The 30% deposit is to be paid by bank transfer. You can pay the remaining balance on arrival using Visa, Mastercard, a debit card or cash.
